Our "Lai Thai" style meditation cushions are made in Thailand from a cotton blend. They are available in many assorted colors and patterns. This square cushion comes with an adjustable folding bolster built-in for added comfort. They are durable and easy to clean.

I bought this from my yoga teacher's studio, and it is very good for sitting meditation. The smaller bolster section hinges out, to allow for a shallower seat. If you sit on the bolster section and let your legs and feet rest on the longer seat, you will appreciate the extra cushioning when sitting for a long period of time, and avoid the ankle bruising you'd get if you had them on a bare floor. It's also a wonderful seat to hold the space if you are teaching meditation or a Kundalini yoga class.
